Can you try to reproduce the same process ( How do I set up Sync on my computer? )after starting your browser in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode?

I'm guessing that one of your add-ons is blocking the set-up window somehow.

No that is not it, I went in and disabled all of the add-ons, then got out of firefox, went back in, still will not let me create an account on this computer.

Can you be more specific about what happens when you click on "Set up Firefox Sync"? It will be perfect to describe the step where you get stuck (from the article linked in the previous answer) and provide a screenshot.

I also have the same problem. After clicking "Set up Sync..." in the dropdown menu, a new window opens offering the option to "Create a New Account" or "Connect" to an existing one. Both buttons are completely unresponsive.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile":

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
