I just installed Firefox needed to install a Adobe Flash Plugin to watch a video. I tried to download it but I can't get passed step 2 "When Downloads window appears, double-click the file." The file doesn't show. Can anyone advise me? Mahalo!

I don't know where you are reading those instructions, but Firefox has to be completely closed before you run the Flash installer.
You should right-click on the Flash_setup file in the downloads window, use Open Containing Folder, then close the downloads window and then close Firefox. Wait a minute or so to allow Firefox to close all open files, before installing Flash.
