A virus-like program MY HERITAGE SEARCH stopped me from using Firefox. How do I get rid of Heritage?
I used Firefox works well on my old Sony computer. It was working well on my new HP until this program called MY HERITAGE SEARCH appeared and blocked the entire Firefox browser on my monitor. Eventuallly, I had to remove it from my computer. I am now using Internet Explorer.....and I can stilll see the MY HERITAGE SEARCH program but it does not occupy my whole screen. Please HELP! After uninstalling Firefox, I downloaded Firefox but it always came with this Heritage Search program/virus. nirmal.chand@gmail.com
