Need to put someone back on my internet that I took off but can't do it now. Don't know how to put person back on so I can email again.

I thought this person was harassing me and he wasn't so I deleted him off my internet accounts. I can't think of the word I need now but I want to email him again and make it so he can email me again too.

This doesn't sound like a Firefox problem. You should try to consider, methodically, what you did before the problem occurred so that you can describe to someone exactly what occurred, and in what order.
