How do I get Firefox to stop remembering a password I previously told it to remember?

I previously asked firefox to remember my password to my email. I no longer want that remembered as sometimes someone else has access to my computer. I would like Firefox to unremember this password.

Remove all store password which is stored, instruction are here

disable remember password from option-security.
