Hi smallwoodmp, You should try starting Firefox in Safe Mode? Try holding down ''shift'' while Firefox is starting up. If the crash doesn't happen in Safe Mode, you should look at [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]]. There is also a lot of useful information in the Knowledge Base article [[Firefox crashes when you open it]]. If you aren't using the latest version of Firefox, you might want to try updating. If the crash still occurs, take a look at [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/latest-firefox-issues this article] that discusses issues with the latest version of Firefox?
