We cannot print useing the Firefox browser. How can weorrect this problem ?

We have two browsers,Firefox and Internet Ecxplorer. There is no problem when we print useing Internet Explorer so obviously the fault is not with the printer. When we try to print using Firefox we get a window that staes "An error occurred while printing" Any help would be appreciated .
