No other browsers will access the internet except Firefox

This is ridiculous.......I have typed my question in 6 or 7 time and all I get from Firefox is going around in circles. Is there a phone number I can use to call a tech person at Firefox?

The problem is not Firefox, it's Windows(if you are running Windows). To let other browsers access the Internet, you have to change and "Set your Program Access and Defaults" in Control Panel.
