How do i get the bookmarks from my -json file back in the new version?
Question Hi! I have saved a .json file from my old computer and now would like to get them into my new downloaded version of Firefox. however i can´t manage it. I found a similar question and reply on the forum but that solution only goes for older versions, on my version nothing happens when I click on "Show all bookmarks" - I can´t find the import option.... How do I acchieve this? (I have put the .json file in the bookmarkbackups folder in the profilefolder but that didn´t help? Thanks for replying!

Does this help you? Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
