After my recent automatic update, Firefox has crashed and will not open, even in safe mode. Have run antivirus which came up clean. Can I salvage my bookmarks, passwords if I have to delete and reinstall? HELP!!! I'm running on Windows XP. Any help would be HUGELY appreciated, but please make it simple!!!!!

your crash report say that you are using Firefox 9.0.1 and this crash may be fixed in Firefox 10, can you upgrade and try?
