Our company webmail has a mini feature but in FF10, the mini feature check box is always checked and grayed out (webmail.uls.or.ug)

This is an image of what I see, circled by the red ring.
Ask support or help for that web mail software about that issue.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
@the-edmeister, I am still waiting for feedback on it from the gurus at FF @cor-el, tried that and it didn't work. But strangely, when I 'upgrade' to FF9, I regain full functionality.
