I cant dowload anything. I tried all the walk throughs and they didnt work

I have tried new settings, i disabled the add on for Photobucket. Dowloads were working fine before that, so I disabled it. Still not working. Now, I cant download anything.

There are some links to a few Knowledge Base articles in there. Have you tried those steps yet? I'd also try the suggestions by cor-el. He is one of our most brilliant contributors!
