Triple Click no longer works to highlight paragraph

Triple Click does not work on my dads old PC that I have obtained, I have tried safe-mode and complete uninstall (with remove my settings opted and revo uninstaller scan & remove) and re-install - but still the same, also when I install there are still add-ons from previous install even though I asked for them to be removed? they are disabled and I can not remove them either

Is the triple click pref enabled?

You can check the browser.triple_click_selects_paragraph pref on the about:config page.
