i have reinstalled windows 7 and lost my bookmarks from yesterday. How do I recover them

Ihave tried to recover from bookmarks-12-11-20.json but this doesn't seem to have them. I am looking for the bookmarks that were on my PC yesterda. I would be very grateful if you could help. They are very important to me.

Did you save the Firefox profile folder before you reinstalled? Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles Recover important data from an old profile

Did you check one of the older JSON backups (there should be 10)?

You can also check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox Profile Folder.

Many thanks for the suggestions. I only had the one json file and that had nothing in it. I have decided to start again and adding the bookmarks as I go along. Many thanks again.
