why is Firefox crush on me all the time - before this never happen only after i download the upgrade you send me

it is happening a lot , i want to log in on any sites is crushing on me or if i want to close a page the same , i don't know what is going on i checked all my computer scan for viruses and i have my PC checked by Norton antivirus protection - everything is fine . Do you have an answer for this ?
