i have downloaded webmail add blocker for firefox and now youtube doesn't show the pictures..help
I have downlaoded webmail add blocker for Firefox so I can get rid of the right hand ad pane in hotmail (Outlook) That works fine but now many of the videos in youtube will not show a picture although I can hear the sound.
Is my prolem that I have downloaded add blocker as everything worked fine beforehand. If so, how do I get rid of the problem? Uninstall add blocker? How do I do that?
Please help me. I am old and not great at computers. My stress levels go up when it is not working properly.

I have done that and "load image automatically" is already ticked.
Since emailing you the question, I have closed off Firefox and opened it gain and it seems to be working OK now.
Does this make sense?
I am totally confused.

Regret to advise that there are still some youtube pictures that don't open. Today someone sent me a forwarded email with a link to you tube. A picture was shown when I cloicked on the link but as soon as I pressed the arrow to play there was no picture.
What do you think is causing the problem please?
I am old, stressed when computers go wrong as I don't understand them much.
Would appreciate your help.
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.
Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

I am saving your suggestion in my email saved folder. I have downloaded the updated NVIDIA files and things seem to be OK now.
Thank you for your help.
