crash report when trying to start firefox and restart option wont work nor does safemode option appear

Crash report gives error code Crash ID: bp-e93a45d8-59c1-4129-831d-273be2130308 firefox wont start normally, i just get a crash report window, selecting the restart firefox option just results in another crash report window i can force firefox to start in safemode by holding the shift key but cannot see what the issue is or how to rectify it

hello, this is a crash related to hardware acceleration. please try updating your graphics driver, or in case this doesn't solve the issue or there is no new version available at the moment, disable hardware acceleration in firefox > options > advanced > general.

Hello prb8558, do you have Nvidia drivers ? try to update the drivers and check it again
