Firefox and Internet Explorer crashes on startup

Firefox and Internet Explorer both crash at startup. I have tried resetting Firefox but it still crashes. I click on the details box and nothing happens. They will both work fine when I boot up Windows in safe mode.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

Try to update the graphic display driver.

Disabling hardware acceleration worked for Firefox, now I just have a problem with Internet Explorer.
