Firefox will not start up. It crashes and gives me a box that says restart or quit. Both options do not resolve issue

I have reinstalled, cleansed REG, started up in safemode. No malware on my pc whatsoever. At least none that AVG, Malwarebytes or spybot could find. Please have a decent answer or i will never use firefox again.
