How can I return from road runner to my former email "Outlook Web Access"
I have been using the Ohio University email system (Outlook Web Access) and it has been easy for me. I am now bundled with TV, phone and computer on the cable.
Yesterday, I saw the words "Road Runner" on my screen and clicked on it to see what it was. Now I have lost my former email system and must look at ads and news, and worst of all, my email listed in very small print which I can barely read.
How can I reverse the situation and go back to my easy access to Outlook?

I assume that RoadRunner is your ISP and that you get redirected to RR pages for some reason.
If you use a bookmark the try to access OAW via its login page.
If the print on web pages is too small then check that you aren't zooming out on those pages.
Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.
- View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Command+0 on Mac)

You are going to have to find the correct people to contact for this issue. We cannot fix this issue or guide you because this is not a Firefox issue. Thank you!

Thank you co-rel
I am managing the problem now by enlarging the font (dumb me) and when I open up my email, I just click over to Outlook Web Access and the mysterious Road Runner disappears. So all is okay.
I wasn't able to understand all you had to say (being 90 years old) -- such things as ISP or login pages, but I certainly appreciate your answer and am relieved that I can still play in the game.

ISP means Internet Service Provider and that is to company that you use to access the internet.
You can use an extension to set a default font size and page zoom on web pages.
- NoSquint: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/nosquint/
- Default FullZoom Level: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/default-fullzoom-level/
