Attachments in emails are not opening correctly, they open in capatibility mode and I can't edit. Also, trying to download from other sites, i.e., Realplayer and it does not show "Run" button, only the "save" button is there; therefore, the program does not download.

Which Windows version are you running?

You always need to download and save a program to your computer (e.g. the desktop for easy access) and start them via a double-click on the desktop shortcut.
