The URL search and my search box are linked. It used to be that I would have my URL search use google and my search box would use Wikipedia, but now if my search box is Wikipedia all my URL searches also use Wikipedia. Tried to change them manually in about:config, that doesn't work. Please if anyone knows the answer to this your help is much appreciated.

hello, consolidating the search options in the search-bar, address-bar and the default homepage was a deliberate change by developers. you can use the keyword search extension by mike kaply to work around that though...
