Above message displayed on pop up window when tries to download attachments from gmail. Cleared all history n cookies. Cleared temp folder still issue exist

Hello,

Looks like you are trying to resume a paused download for some file. Can you please check if a file name xxxx.part is existing in the folder you mentioned. If the file is not available, then you will not be able to resume the download. In that case, you can start re-downloading the file.

Also, please ensure that you are able to copy files into the c:\user\sony\Documents folder so that the attachments can be saved into that folder.
