what does "Watch Site" in Lightbeam add-on actually does?

Searched and found nothing. Lightbeam also doesn't have a Help module.

When I choose "Watch Site" what does it really do?

Hello Dyvik Chenna, thanks for replying.

When I click on a URL it already shows to the right the 3rd party domains. So I was wondering what "Watch Site" actually does. Can you post a pic? I'm a visual person.
