Thank you for your post. However, in order to investigate further, could you provide the headers of the xml document, or an example of what structure you are using in order to troubleshoot what might be causing the issue?

If we can get a full understanding of what is happening, we can better support you.

What Firefox locale (language version) are you using?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
