New version of Download helper (4.9.22) does not download from JW Player sites

I used downloadhelper extensively with Firefox (27.0.1). But as soon as the add on automatically upgraded to 4.9.22, I cannot download files from JW Player sites (such as pulocker). Anyone else encountered that problem and found a solution?

Hey, Download helper (4.9.22) is not listed in your add ons and is not listed in addons.mozilla.org either.

Unless I can assume that you are talking about Video Download Helper? On that page you are not the only one experiencing this. Please report it on the support site for the add on http://www.downloadhelper.net/support-expert.php

The report page at http://www.downloadhelper.net/support-expert.php does not do anything, nor does it provide a solution. That page directs you to a support forum that does not exist.
