How do i install firefox browser to my java phone?

Nancy,
LG uses their own proprietary browser on that phone. You cannot install any third party apps besides the ones that are on the phone by default. If you want to use Firefox, you can upgrade to a smartphone if your budget allows it. Other than that, use the browser LG provides.
I'll be marking this question as solved since there is no way to install Firefox on a feature phone.

Firefox mobile requires a phone that runs Android.
my phone type is LG-C195. does it run android?

I think that device (LG-C195) runs BREW, not Android. So you cannot install Firefox on that phone.
