The Welcome/Getting Started screen that appears after installation isn't formatted correctly
After installing v28, a Welcome/Getting Started type of page appeared but it didn't have any images or graphics or icons -- just basic plain text formatting. Is this how it typically displays?

hello Visions123, thanks for providing the screenshots - this is not the normal display of the site - could you go through the steps covered in Websites look wrong or appear differently than they should and see if those make a difference?
Went thru those steps but it didn't make any difference.
UPDATE: The problem resolved itself on its own. I walked away from the machine out of sheer frustration. Came back 2 days later, and everything worked fine. Must've been a glitch with the website.
please make sure that date, time and timezone are set correctly on your system.
