I am online and trying to look at a video on cruise deck plan which have a paid subscription to and I am signed in. When I clicked on play for the YouTube video, I was told to sign in and I was already signed in. What gives?

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, als langjähriger Nutzer Ihres Email-Programms erbitte ich Ihre Unterstützung bei der Lösung fol-genden Problems: Seit Jahren verwende ich Norton 360 PREMIUM als Sicherheits-Software; Domain und Emailadresse sind von strato. Das funktionierte immer ohne Probleme, auch nachdem ich vor einigen Monaten entsprechend Ihrer Empfehlung die Authentifizierung der SSL-Einstellungen vornahm. Doch bei der jetzt von Norton empfohlenen Installation von Norton Safe Email erschien nach Eingabe meiner Emailadresse <rb@roland-buchwald.de> der Sperrhinweis „Dieser E-Mail-Anbieter wird nicht unterstützt“, so dass der abschließende Download der neuen Programm-Komponente nicht möglich war. Ich wandte mich deshalb an Symantec Norton und erhielt die Antwort: „Es tut mir wirklich leid, Ihnen mitteilen zu müssen, dass Ihre E-Mail-Adresse unser Norton Safe Email nicht unterstützt, da Ihr E-Mail-Anbieter nicht mit unserem Norton Safe Email-Programm kompatibel ist.“ Kann ich das Problem in den Konteneinstellungen beheben oder was empfehlen Sie mir? Ich bitte Sie, mir per Email, online oder telefonisch unter 0309712945 bei der Lösung des Prob-lems zu helfen. Zunächst vielen Dank und freundliche Grüße! Roland Buchwald

i need to copy and paste text that's also a link, but firefox isn't letting me highlight it, I can do it in chrome, brave, & opera, it's not a mouse problem either, if I just right click on the page and select "highlight all" FF wont highlight it, is there a setting for this or a extension I can download? (in the picture the the rad text is also a link, I need to copy the number portion)

In Thunderbird I see two methods of accessing/editing SMTP settings for email accounts.

1. Using the "Outgoing Server (SMTP)" which displays all the email accounts in a list. You then select one and click "Edit" to view or edit it.

2. On each email account page there is an "Edit SMTP server" button. Click that to view or edit the SMTP settings for that account.

I'm seeing two problems:

1 - The settings made using #1 above don't carry over into what I see using #2 above.

2 - Using method #2 above, changing the SMTP settings for my newest email account also changes the settings (seen using #2 above) on one other email account. And vice-versa.

What could be causing this?

Hi How can I Select all emails from a sender. I'm looking for a similar functionality to Outlook where you right-click on an email > "Select all messages from this sender" so I can move them out, delete them, or do whatever.

It looks like this is missing from your application. If I can't use it, I have no other reason to use TB.

In Firefox browser , truncation of string is not working, when typing into the input box at first time truncation is not working, but when focusing out and typing once again it start working , seems its rendering problem which is not working at first time.

I am using following code <style> input.b { white-space: nowrap; width: 50px; overflow: hidden; text-overflow: ellipsis; border: 1px solid #000000; </style>

text-overflow: clip (default):

Above code will give the different result in firefox and the the chrome browser.

in chrome it will work at first time , means once user will start the typing into the input box , it will start showing the ellipses once text overflow will happen. but in Firefox it will not work like this, at first time when user will start the typing it will not show ellipses although text exceeds the boundary of input box , but when user focus out from the input box and start once again start typing into the input box ellipses will be shown. this behavior is creating confusion.

Kindly provide the solution for the same I am using 128.5.2 esr firfox version

I am on a school site and frequently download Word documents. Prior to a recent update ( this summer) the files went to a download manager and I could either work o the document or continue to work on the current webpage. However, sionce the update, the docuemnt is saved but inthe process I am kicked off the current webpage. Should I revert back to a previous version of Firefox or is there a workaround or patch? I've got Firefox on three devices and I'm looking to get a little more fine grained control between the synced data.

Ideally I want to sync passwords between all three but only sync bookmarks between two of them. This doesn't seem to be possible with the current options. Is there an alternative short of manually exporting and importing on the devices I want to keep in step?

I have been facing a problem with custom images of home page shortcuts. Whenever my laptop shuts down and Firefox was open at that time, then upon restarting, Firefox recovers the websites that were open before shutting down. However, in this process, the shortcuts do not load the custom images at all - they are all blank. I created a new profile and started everything from scratch then also the issue was there. Is there any solution to this, or is there any issue that might be from my end?

I collect images ... when I download an image there is a series of numbers below the image ... over the years I have noticed the numerals have vastly increased in quantity ... there are now as many as 37 numbers under each picture I download ... it is very tedious to reduce or erase these numbers for every image downloaded ... obviously there is some sort of "counter" built into the browser ... Is there any way to reset or eliminate this counter ? ... Thanks ...

The problem is I have three dots, not three lines, and nowhere do I see Logins and Passwords, just Passwords, and there's no import data option there. Sorry if this is lame. Am a long time user of Thunderbird and I received error msg: "Unable to write to the mail box, make sure the file system allows you write priviliges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mail box." I can't figure out how to do this. I finally deleted my account and reinstalled Thunderbird and continue to receive this error message. I can't receive and new message on my computer and using gmail on my phone. my email is rstoma@astound.net. Thanking anyone in advance
