To Refresh Firefox:

• Open the Troubleshooting Information page using one of these methods: ...
• Click 3 horizontal line top right on browser screen.
• Click Help and select Troubleshooting Information
• Give Firefox a tune up < Firefox Refresh

• if problem is solved its ok'
• otherwise follow the same steps if you are already done before Refresh firefox are below.

type about:config and the browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.feeds.section.topstories is set to true

I got no issue with save to pocket button, only with recommended by pocket tab on blank page.

You are in the US region as this might not work properly in other regions ?

As you say in your original post :

I searched some more, and the only thing I could find that might be worth a try, is the Chosen Solution in this thread :

No Im from EU region. I reinstalled firefox and still no sign of pocket tab.

Recommended by Pocket is currently available in the U.S., Canada, U.K. and Germany only,   although the Chosen Solution in this thread suggests otherwise :

Even though you're in the EU   (you may be in either Germany or the UK);   this has worked for you untill the last Firefox update,   so maybe you could check some more preferences on the   about:config  page and enter   pocket   in the search bar.

(If you had to change a value, don't forget to close and restart Firefox)

Everything is set to true or 1 :(

Let me see if I got this right :   you have set your home page to be the new tab page (blank), where you used to see   "Recommended by Pocket",   which disappeared after the latest Firefox update.
You checked all related settings on the   "about:config"   page.

Yes thats correct.

The first time I saw you mention  "blank page"  I thought that would be the reason why you don't see   "Recommended by Pocket",   and you saying that they appeared before the last update still puzzles me .....

I thought that blank page is the new tab, but i get it now. It hasnt been blank page, but new tab set to Firefox home. My bad.

Setting `browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.feeds.system.topstories` to true did the trick for me earlier

This is weird cause browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.feeds.system.topstories has been set to true from the beginning. I have checked it many times. But to my suprise it was set to false when i checked it today, so i changed it to true and voila recommended by pocket appeared. Anyway thank you all for helping me out.

Haben Sie alle anderen verwandten Einstellungen auf der Seite "about:config" überprüft?

DE and GB should work in Firefox 77+.
