Hi xenobi, Please try to start Firefox in Safe ModeDiagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode

However after some research it seems that this driver is compatible with Windows 7. Is it possible to upgrade?

Do you also have an example of what sit that this driver is causing issues? Currently it is not listed as one of the blocked drivers https://wiki.mozilla.org/Blocklisting/Blocked_Graphics_Drivers
