Se vuoi salvare solo i messaggi usa l’estensione ImportExportTools NG https://addons.thunderbird.net/it/thunderbird/addon/importexporttools-ng/ che ti permette di salvarli i vari formati

Se invece vuoi salvare i messaggi, la rubrica e la configurazione, fai un backup del profilo https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/profili-thunderbird#w_effettuare-una-copia-di-sicurezza-del-profilo

Tieni conto che se l'account è configurato come IMAP, solo i messaggi scaricati localmente vengono salvati per intero nei backup.
