Continue to get prompts to download new version of Firefox. Do not know what to do. Received another prompt this morning and it automatically downloaded what I thought was the new version and then screen message said it was NOT the new version and that I need to install the new version. Please help.

The system information suggests you are using firefox 3.5 that is out of date, untill very recently the current version has been 3.6 the last version f that was possibly 3.6.18 but firefox 4.o has now been released.

If you use Help -> Check for updates it should download the latest version 4 for you. You may need to disable security software, and ensure that you are using an administrative account of Windows XP.
