When I had aol 9.6 on my computer I just clicked on 'file' and 'new' and a new empty page would come up to write a letter etc. Cannot do this with Firefox. Please advise. Also, I cannot download aol 9.6l with Firefox. Gets to about 80% of download and gives up. Please advise also.

Sheron
