Strange Phone icon in FX 33

When selecting customise, I have a blank icon in the available icons. If I drag it somewhere else in the list it turns into a phone icon (no text) and soon disappears if I try to add it anywhere. Is this some remnant of sync with Firefox on Android (don't use it) that is haunting my toolbars?

That is the 'hello' button for WebRTC. This feature will be enabled in the next Firefox 34 version.
