When you get the alert in your e-mail, there are two links at the bottom. One to say that answer solved your problem. There is another link to it's right to open that message in the forum

Click on your user name to the left of one of your posts, or go to the top of any https://support.mozilla.org page and click your name. Make your way to the settings page.

the fact of the matter is and I should of told you at the beginning;

the older version of firefox never did it, never mind if there is no fix I will install it, use some other browser and give up on firefox
