I tried to update Firefox, got halfway through the process and received this message; "FF profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessable". I've retried multiple times to reload, upgrade and keep getting stopped by this message. I have NO IDEA what my Firefox profile is, where it exists or how to deal with it.

I deleted my previous FireFox program.

Can you help?

"FF profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessable"

The profile will be in a folder called Program Files in your C drive. If you are curious you can read more about it here: Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data

Please first start those troubleshooting steps mentioned in the first article and post back with your results :-)
