All of a sudden my Master Password is not working and I know I'm using the right one. What can I do?

After I restarted my computer today, my master password is not being recognized even after using it a few hours ago. I know it's the right one. I have tried at least 10 times and it will not recognize it. And I can't change the password with my Master Password so I'm caught in a hard place. What can I do?

Check the Caps Lock J.I.C.

The Password Manager is set up so if the Master Password is turned on, there is NO access. If you try to reset the Master Password, the password files will be deleted for security and protection.

Try this, open a text program, type the password, copy it, then paste.
