How do I synch / export backed up Session Manager sessions to another computer with Firefox?

I need to synch sessions saved in Session Manager on another PC. Can't find a way to do 5this in Session Manager. Am I missing something? Is there another way? Thanks!

You can check the Firefox profile folder to see if there are any session folders or files that store Session Manager data.

You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:
