We are glad to inform you that Firefox 54 is now fully supported by Rapport on Windows.

You can download Rapport's latest version here: http://download.trusteer.com/Gcur4Wtnu/RapportSetup.exe

Your post installation version should be 3.5.1804.121

Trusteer does not full work with Firefox 54. This is the reply I received today from Trusteer.

"Please kindly note that in this version of Rapport the icon functionality is limited in Firefox 54 and currently there is no option of manually protecting additional websites other than you banks, and therefore the icon menu is absent.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

The issue you have reported is currently being investigated by our company experts and we expect it to be resolved in a future release of Rapport."

Every time there is an update of Firefox there seems to be a problem with Rapport, why?

I am told to use IE or Chrome by Rapport as a work around. I have told them on a number of occassion that I much prefer Firefox. Regards, Stephen Terry
