I cannot type anything into the body of a new message or reply in CenturyLink e-mail. I have cleared history and cache, restarted Firefox in safe mode with plugins disabled, reset Firefox, run a Malwarebytes scan (no malware detected), used another computer that has a different AV program (same problem), contacted CenturyLink who checked my account and they had no problem. All works fine on Microsoft Edge. Windows 10

Chosen solution

Fixed. I had switched to 'text' in the 'composing' section of Preferences. I just went back into Preferences, in the Mail section - 'Displaying Messages' and switched to text there. Done deal, works now. Thanks for the help!

Does it work if you use the option to type as text instead of HTML? Usually you can change this setting under Preferences.

I tried that, no joy.

The last e-mail I replied to was on Oct 19, I believe that was before the latest update to Firefox.

Firefox 57 was released on November 14th.

Have you tried in another computer?
