I was trying to watch a 7 day weather forecast on the BBC website. When I clicked play I got the message "! Sorry you need Flash to play this. Enable it in your Browser or download Flash Player here."

I followed the instructions on your page "Set Adobe Flash to 'click to play' on Firefox" and found that Shockwave Flash was already set to "Ask to Activate" But no "Activate Adobe Flash prompt" appears when I open that BBC site.

I have Firefox 58.0 OS: Windows 10 Shockwave Flash 28.0 r0

Hi,

When you're on that page, at the left end of the address bar (between the 'i' in a circle and the padlock) : do you see a light grey icon that looks like a Lego block  ?

If so : would you please click on it - that's when the prompt should appear.

Thank you. That's sorted it. I had been looking for that little "Lego" icon but hadn't seen it near the start of the address bar.
