Why is it so difficult now to simply access a support forum?
It was almost impossible just to get this far in accessing the Firefox/Mozilla forum, and I am still not certain I have accessed it.
I'm ready to jump ship on Firefox as a browser. I don't like it when developers make it difficult for me to find answers.
My original question now seems pointless and my new question has changed to "Why is it so difficult to simply click on a forum? What does Mozilla have to hide?"
I am distrustful of this.
Does anyone know why we are unable to simply find a support tab at the top of the page with some type of pull-down menu where "Forum" can be found? Am I missing something here?

Hi, sorry having issues. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/ Do what you gotta do. So far the question you are asking seems to be user fault and can not do anything about that. As all you need to do is Click Help then Firefox Help which gives you this : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/firefox?as=u&utm_source=inproduct If notice at page top is says Ask A Question which gives you this https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new then Click on what you want Firefox and Answer the questions. This info is then transferred here.
So anyway you are here: what would you care to ask that has nothing to do with the above ?
