How do I fix this? Help please!!!!

Alert An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.1 we were unable to deliver your message. Please try resending your message by adding some test.. please check the message and try again.

If you're using the SMTP server provided by your ISP, make sure you're connected to the Internet via this ISP.

Apparently it is a yahoo issue I will report back when I find more out. Yahoo says something changed on their update....
