When I go to New Tab, there are two rows of eight Top Sites each. I used to only have two rows of six Top Sites each, and this is all I need. The extra four Top Sites are extraneous, and I never use any of them. How can I customize the Top Sites page to limit the amount of displayed Top Sites the number I actually need? Thanks!

Chosen solution

There is currently only a pref present on the about:config page to set the number of rows, so you can no longer set how many tiles to show.

You can go to the Gear Icon upper right corner of the page and take the tick out of Show 2 Rows.

At this time I do not know the code to change it furthers code changes in ver 60. Note : ver 60.0.1 is current version, go to Options --> Help --> About
