view loging history and location
I had fraudulent charges on my bank statement, in my google account it shows a device was logged in with my google account in Virginia using a firefox browser. Is there any way I can see or for Firefox to check the login history and location for my account so I can send it to the fraud dept of my bank? The date range I need it 20 - 25 May 2019

No, Mozilla doesn't log the websites that are visited by people who use Firefox, that would be a massive invasion of privacy.
I can suggest a few things:
- Make sure that Firefox and your computer are completely up to date to eliminate any known security threats.
- Download Malwarebytes (www.malwarebytes.com) and run a scan to find any malware on your computer.
- Use our breached accounts tool, https://monitor.firefox.com/ to see if your e-mail address was involved in any data breaches, and change your password if it was.
I hope this helps!
Note that you should immediately change all involved passwords.

If you still have history from around that time available then you can use this utility if that is what you are after. Firefox only show the most recent visit of a web page.
