I have tried to go through menu, tools, but it does not show security in the menu to allow me to stop the password problem. Am i doing something wrong or is there an other way to sort this out. I am sick of having to enter my password for one of my email accounts each time i login. It is never the same one and yes i have told it to remember my password.

If you click the app menu, Options is under Options, and in the Options window, Passwords is under Security. Or, press Alt to show the Menu Bar, and then Tools/Options/Security/Passwords.

If you delete the passwords, you should be prompted to enter them at the next connection, and have the option to store the passwords. Make sure there's no 3rd-party password manager controlling TB passwords.
