"All day Event" calendar events missing

Windows 10 Home Version 1909. Updates installed today - KB4533002 & KB4530684. Rebooted.

1) Started Thunderbird and noticed that "All day Events" are not displayed. Timed events are shown. Checked version info and at 60.9.1 with "update failed" message. Could not select the upgrade option. Manually downloaded and installed Thunderbird 68.3.0 (32-bit). Issue remains. 2) Nuisance - Calendar opens at 03:00 instead of a time closer to actual time.
