Not sure what if any category is pertinent, after ver 78.4.1 was automatically installed, cannot receive messages. This problem exists on other computers within household.

The same thing has happened to me. I have three accounts/profiles and can only sign into the main one. That account can both send and receive but the others cannot receive any email at all.
