How to disable “Top Sites”?

How do I disable “top sites”? For me, it is a bug, not a feature, that anyone with whom I share my phone can see my top sites. Clearing history does not do it - and there should be an easier way to do it, anyway. Anybody know? Thanks!

Select the three horizontal bars. Choose Settings, then Home

You have to have at least one row of Top Sites. While there, you can also turn off Trending of Pocket.
